Room was clean, silence, they had hospitality with coffee, fruit, and ice cold water. The girl at the reception was very nice.

it was close to all off premise amenities like shopping and downtown folsom - so it was location also was very nicely landscaped

The worst customer service!

Worst customer service I have ever received both in person and over the phone. I stayed 2/23-2/25 and reserved a total of four rooms. The night we checked the front desk staff informed us breakfast was included in our stay and was located in the lobby. The next morning, my employees went down and had breakfast and no one said a word to them. When I arrived a short while later, I was approached by a woman and asked how we were paying for each breakfast they had eaten. I was confused and caught off guard. When I spoke with the next staff member, she took 50% off but the original staff member continued to give me dirty looks. I was fuming. I was not pleased that they allowed my employees to eat and THEN ask for payment on top of the fact that we were told it still was included. Evidently, booking through a third party takes that away from you. Later, I had an additional charge on my card and called the hotel to ask why and the woman on the phone was beyond rude. Telling me she couldn’t see my reservation, that I must be mistaken and then when I gave her my itinerary number she proceeded to give me an attitude telling me I should have provided that first instead of my name. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton again.

Excellent desk service. Very comfortable lobby. Clean hotel.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: no free breakfast
Good parking. Good access to Outlet mall. Excellent room service and restaurant.
