Dear Guest thank you for providing your feedback. We are always seeking ways to improve where we can and the guest perspective is invaluable to that end. Without burdening you with the details, we agree that the property has suffered from some wear and tear and had a renovation on the books. Then Covid put those plans on hold. As we see that light at the end of the tunnel we look forward to putting those plans back in motion. We have of coursed accounted for this in our pricing. As for the noise, we do not often get noise complaints but do address them quickly and sternly if they arise. Sorry to hear it happened during your stay, but this seems to be an isolated incident.
