Our room was in older area of hotel so our room was dated but seemed clean. Other sections were being remodeled. No food available in hotel, no vending machines in our section. Lobby was nice. Felt safe in room. Restaurants nearby within short walk.

Hotel is not in the best area. Trash cans were overflowing with garbage. We weren’t greeted nicely, first thing that was said was “we don’t have any rooms available”. No Hello, “do you have a reservation”. Will not be staying here again.

Being renovated. Phone and wi fi didn't work. Clean room. No instructions for the coffee maker. Hadn't been cleaned and had a leftover pod which caused overflow. Bathroom door was locked, asked desk to send someone, they never showed. Pocket knife was useful. Wait till they're not under construction before chancing a stay here.

We were in the new construction area so our room was very nice. I think we were the first ones to stay in the room. For our 3 night stay we never received housekeeping services or more towels or coffee. We requested several times for our room to be cleaned and restocked with fresh items. That never happened. The pool area is surrounded by construction and didn’t have pool chairs so we didn’t use those facilities. It was also a bit annoying that everyday we had to go to the front desk and have our keys reprogrammed as they stopped working everyday. Overall the comfort of the beds and quality of the towels and the aesthetic of the room was nice. The older part o the hotel was not an area I would have felt comfortable staying or parking at. Since our trip didn’t have us staying in the room except for sleeping we were just annoyed at the lack of room attention. Because of these things I won’t stay here again. I will say that the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful but apparently our requests for room cleaning and restock never got communicated or the staff in charge of those details just didn’t do their job.
