    "My wife and I booked a superior room. Unfortunately when we entered our room, it was not a superior-like room. We were very disappointed. I immediately went downstairs and asked if we could me moved to a room with a better view. I was told to check back the next day as there was no availability. Hotels.com emailed me asking me about how my check in experience was and I was honest. Within 2 hours I received a call from a manager saying she had read my review and wanted to make things right. She gave me a room on the 8th floor with a very nice view. I appreciated that she was able to make things right. The rest of our experience was great. Hilton’s security staff there is excellent and the property is very well kept. There is a good variety of restaurants and a lot of things to do. There’s a little bit of everything for everybody. "
