We arrived late around 22:30 due to a late train. The office was closed and the attendent was very rude. She did finally give us a room (which we had reserved) but for a while our impression was that she would just leave us without any options. We don't speak French and aren't familiar with French hotels closing for guests that early. All communication from the hotel prior to check in was in French which we had to translate as best we could.

The front desk closes in the evening, at night, and early morning. You have to check in at a kiosk outside a gate on the street. Definitely the opposite of a warm reception. Any amenities - meals and shuttles in particular - that are listed are misleading because no staff is even present during those times. I arrived at 9 in the evening and left at 6 AM and never saw an employee of any type. Had to get an Uber instead of the shuttle advertised. Very stressful. I do not recommend this property.

Hello, We apologize for these situations, but the reception time is only from 3PM to 9PM. And the desk opens at 6:30 AM in the morning. All these informations are already written in the hotel and conditions. Regards. Team.

Very little staff. Reception desk only staffed part of day. Low cost, low service option for those on a budget, but a poor experience.
