I booked a room on site who showed 2 double bed room available. I drove over a hour to get there and was told i never should have been able to book it because they had no double room available. Then they advised they did have one but it needed cleaned and to give them 20 mins to clean it . So i ran to the store.. not even 20 min later they called and said that eoom was book by someone else !!!

Had to move to 3 different rooms before they found one that had clean sheets, mattresses, and comforters. They had never turned over the rooms in the first 2. Unacceptable.

Our room was not very clean and the the bed had someones dental floss in it. The bed was also miss-made as the bed spread was put on first and then two sheets on top of it. Not some place I would recommend.

our room was nice and it was very clean. the bed was very comfortable. one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel was that they had a water slide and indoor pool. the water slide was out of order and the pool was cold. was disappointed that there wasn't a hottub. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I liked that it was right by where my son, daughter-in-law live and my cousins. not sure if we will choose this place again though. we enjoy and nice warm swimming pool and a hottub when we stay at a hotel.

Staff were excellent! Room was great, breakfast was good. Pool was fun, however it needs a lot of repairs, and having it heated would be beneficial.
