This hotel was clean with a friendly staff

Cons: pets
Most hotels in ocean city was sold out. The residence inn in Salisbury was close to ocean city and shopping. I stayed in a King room with full kitchen and a pull out sofa bed.The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet included biscuits and gravy,scrambled eggs and more. There was a basketball court that doubled as a Tennis Court. No racquets available though must walk with your own.The outdoor pool was a good size but needed occasional cleaning from the flowers falling in the pool. I would stay there again. Check the pet policy as I noticed Pets.

EXCELLENT STAY

this room was perfect; had everything you needed; quiet, beds were nice,enough towels, enough space, recommend , will stay again, people at front desk were very professional

BEDBUGS!

We had stayed at this hotel on our way to vacation in NC as an overnight to break up our 10 hour drive. THe experience in rooms 101 and 103 were fine. We though the accomodations were fine, clean rooms, beds comfortable, pool clean and not crowded, breakfast excellent. We had decided to stay here on the way home from NC, again to break up ourlong drive. I have gotten in the habit of checking hotel rooms for bedbugs (as this is becoming a more common problem, as the number and types of pesticides available are changing due to efforts for companies to "Go Green." ) I suggest anyone checking into a hotel room do the same bedbug check prior to bringing your belongings into a hotel room. Upon entering room 110, I lifted the first beds matress pad to discover a large bed bug. One dead bug was all I needed to see to check out promptly prior to bringing our children and bags into the room. Where there is one bed bug there are others. THey also spread from room to room as they get through cracks in walls, electrical outlets, etc. I wouldn't feel secure staying here because I do not think that management at this hotel takes the issue seriously. I have attempted to get a return call from them regarding the issue for a week.
