The check in process was not ideal. The check in staff was not overly friendly or helpful. She didn’t provide any information about parking, elevators or room location. The rest of the staff we encountered during our stay were pleasant. The room was clean and updated with plenty of room for luggage and comfortable beds. Larking was next door and pay parking but it was convenient.

very nice room enjoyed our stay. \staff was very nice and friendly , it was also nice to have inside parking out of the weather, only thing wish I had asked for would have been a room on a higher floor for a view.

They spray cologne in the lobby that is very strong. The pillows left me wishing I brought my own, and I didn't like the styling of the decor.
