I love staying at this hotel. However, the hot tub was not in service and not advised until I actually went to use this facility.

Large comfortable room. The bathroom needs some maintenance. The floor caulking is falling out and the toilet flapper needs replacing.

Pillows were very flat and no fans in the bathrooms but NOTHING eles to complain about. Staff was great!

Check in process was not pleasant... the girl kept telling me my room was paid for but she couldn't check me in and couldn't figure out why. I stood there for over 10 minutes while she tried to figure it out. Room was OK. Window did not shut all the way. Satellite stopped working.

We wont stay here again

the cons: The room was DIRTY! LOTS of stains, some fresh, on the carpet. We had to use some towels to cover these up so that we didn't accidentally step in them, even tho we didn't dare take off our shoes. Gross smears all over the walls near the bed and in the bathroom. Missing lightbulbs so it was very dark with the curtains drawn. The pool area was dirty as well along with broken windows. Noisy traffic outside. The pros: The beds were comfy. And free breakfast is always a bonus
