Very pleased with the stay. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations, the room was super. Please note that the night stand lamp was not operational. Parking garage, that’s a challenge! Signage is poor but we eventually found our way!!

Cheap hotel at an exorbitant price
I chose this hotel because of the rooftop pool but it was not heated, as stated, so ended up being too cold to use. The check-in said she was comping our parking for my spouses birthday and then charged up anyway. She was very snotty and gave us the worst room. It was dirty and stained. The toilet was extremely loud when it flushed and the room was not quiet. We could hear slamming doors and flushing toilets all night. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable so we had a rough night and woke up with headache and backache. This hotel definitely doesn’t live up to the cost. Very upset about the cold pool. Would not return.

Great location! Within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are nice. The rooftop bar and heated pool are great for relaxing! The “buffet” breakfast is lacking. It’s more of an elevated continental breakfast, limited options for food. Definitely shouldn’t be advertised as a buffet. We loved our stay though. Staff was very friendly!

Nice room and great location
First time staying at the Element after staying at the Meridian that is on the same property. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. The rooms are furnished for a longer stay with a small kitchenette. Overall a great hotel that is centrally located in downtown SLC.

It was very nice, the only thing is valet parking is at the hotel that is connected with this one, so that was a little confusing. Friendly staff and clean. Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious. Service there was not 5 star but it was a nice experience.
