The room we got had a sofa sleeper that was... well broken. I didn't notice it until the morning. Oh well. The room was a little dirty. I found hairs from a previous guest. There were accidental scratches gouged into the wall. We didn't have breakfast in the morning because it was WAY full. The special made omelet requests were stacked up. I would guess it had about an hours wait time. Because of convenience, we will probably stay again. Just not on a busy holiday weekend, and not in room 402.

The staff at Embassy Suites in West Valley were very attentive and quick to assist us. The breakfast was fantastic! Made to order omelets were our favorite. They also had hash browns, sausage, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. The evening reception was a nice way to relax after a long day. The suite was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The property is very clean and fresh. Our room was nice. The breakfast was fantastic. I love the "made to order" omelettes. Unfortunately, we were given an accessible room which wasn't requested. I think the hotel was pretty booked and we were put in a less desirable room (our view was of the roof and a/c unit) due to the discounted rate we were able to secure. I will stay again. However, I will request a different room next time.
