The property was not clean with cigarette butts everywhere, and it felt very unsafe with the people loitering in the front and the homeless in the creek behind the property. When we checked in, the person in front of us was yelling at the check in clerk. The check in took longer than I would have hoped, as the clerk insisted on taking both my driver's license and my boyfriend's driver's license, even though I was paying for the room for the two nights.

We have always had decent experiences at this location. However, this stay, while the staff was exceptionally friendly, there were a few disappointments in cleanliness and function. The floor had clearly been mopped before we entered the room, but it was not clean. There were streaks of grit/dirt on the floor after mopping that left the floor feeling sticky to walk in. The toilet did not flush properly and seemed to back up into the sink of the kitchenette.

The reservation I had through Travelocity did not guarantee me a room even though I booked one month out, the assistant general manager Cody was very rude arrogant and not helpful blaming all the reservation mishap on third-party companies such as Travelocity

We love the location and the little creek behind the hotel. However, there was only one person at check in (who was doing a great job) but there was a problem with the people in front of us' reservation. The phone kept ringing which she answered but which kept delaying her in assisting the other 5 couples who were waiting. the heater was broken and blew cold air all night. The sheets were also rough.

Desperation not destination. Midnight check in on a road trip sent me to a room that had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. Clerk on duty prioritized incoming calls from company support or admin. Breakfast is bare bones and was not opened on time. If we had needed anything but 5 hrs of sleep before getting back on the road we would look elsewhere.
