This plant-filled apartment comes equipped with a stocked kitchen to cook, fiber optic internet, a 40” flat screen TV with apple TV (access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.), queen bed in the bedroom and sofa with full size pull out bed, pull-up garage parking, and outdoor bbq. Whether you are visiting the city from out of state or looking for a staycation you will enjoy this apartment full of natural design elements for a peaceful getaway while in the city.

The city is full of dining options that will satisfy any foodie or anyone looking for good food and a fun atmosphere. There are many attractions nearby, museums, beautiful architecture, outdoor shopping, quirky boutiques, SLC award winning library, Temple Square gardens, Red Butte Gardens, the event center, the Gateway entertainment mall, Hogle Zoo, and a short drive to our breathtaking mountains with countless hikes and trails to explore.

***No elevator and 3 flights of stairs are required to get to apartment.

Note**garage space is appx 6'5" clearance. Not suitable for larger trucks, SUV's, or cars with a lift or large rack on top.
One pull-up garage space is available as well as street parking. There are plenty of ways to get around such as bike sharing/rentals, public transportation and ride share.

Animals
ALL animals must be approved prior to your arrival. Animals are allowed with a $25 fee per animal. You must include in your communication of your stay that you are bringing an animal so that the pet deposit and fee can be added to your stay.

Cute, Comfortable, and Perfect Location
This was our second stay at this apartment. We love it! It is just the right size for my husband and I. It is clean and comfortable. It is our go-to place to stay when we travel to Salt Lake City. It’s not too far from the freeway and close to lots of entertainment and shopping and its only a 5 minute drive to Wise Guys Comedy Club. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We didn’t stay here.
The smell of vinegar was so strong we couldn’t stay and had to get a hotel for the night. Host didn’t respond in a timely manner so we left. When host did respond she said we could open the windows and air out the apartment. It was too hot to do that anyway. Cleaning staff didn’t get the sheet finished and host instructed us to get them out of the dryer. TV had been cleaned with something that left a film on it. Host also said we could cancel but wouldn’t be refunded. Host later said she would refund cleaning fee since we didn’t stay.

Clean, easy to access
This is about a 15 minute walk from the center of town, which is lovely. There was a definite drug and homeless issue between the two, so after dark was not the best. The unit was very clean and equipped. The bedroom and bathroom were very small, so that was a little challenging with 2 people getting ready. Working with the owner was smooth and painless. We took our owwn Roku and accessed our own streaming content easily. The wifi was good.
