The place seriously needs to be remodeled ASAP. The room was not as shown in the pictures. It was very run down, not properly maintained. Different light bulbs sporadically didn’t work, began working, then stopped working again. The owner is super nice and communicative, and this is one of the cheaper places to stay at, but you get what you pay for, or less.

Um excelente apartamento, próximo de inúmeras lojas, supermercados, bancos, caixas eletrônicos, e na rua atrás da praia Spratt Bight. O anfitrião, Sr. Gonzalo, é muito prestativo e está sempre à disposição para ajudar em qualquer eventualidade. Se retornar a San Andrés, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente.

Regular con varios detalles a mejorar
Bueno realmente con don Gonzalo sin problema siempre estuvo atento a lo que queríamos hacer en cuestión de turismo y que al llegar estuviéramos bien. Ya en la parte del apartamento si se pelaron bastante, el lugar esta en una ubicación excelente cerca a la playa y en plena zona comercial y vía principal. Pero el tema de limpieza si fue algo que no nos gusto la cocina y sus elementos, el techo que literalmente es un palomero entre otras cosas. Lo único realmente en buen estado es el aire acondicionado, esperamos q le hicieran aseo al apartamento lo cual nunca ocurrió y nosotros mismo lo hicimos por la incomodidad de ver las cosas sucias. Pero realmente uno obtiene por lo que paga y el precio si es muy bueno pero no justifica esa incomodidad en la parte del aseo.

Excelente ubicación del apartamento, el administrador fue muy atento con nosotros desde antes de nuestra llegada, el apartamento es cómodo y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Lo único que le falta es el Wifi y el cable de tv, pero el administrador informó que está proximo a instalarse. En general bien
