Easy location, but didn't have enough towels in the bathroom, especially small bath towels, just one little bath soap. And blinds in the window was not good enough to keep the outside light from getting in the room. They should remind the costumers to bring their own cups and utensils. Also not enough pillows.

Was not what I expected the entire building smelled of food once you passed the doors to get into the rooms. It was noisey there was a fight that broke out amongst the guest on the second floor didn’t not sleep a wink. The only nice thing was the lady who checked us in. Not planning on coming back

This is hotel was set-up for the long term resident, not for someone spending only 1 or 2 nights.. NO ICE MACHINES. No hand towels...only2 towels/2washcloths . No lamps at the bedsides for reading...only one overhead ceiling light positioned between the beds. No toiletries except 1 small bar of soap. No hair dryer. No carpeting. I signed my life away for a certified guide dog to be with us. The registration desk was hidden behind a metal "roll-type" solid screen which you were supposed to notify them you were there by a phone in the foyer. Even after you registered, the main hotel required your room key to unlock another set of doorsto get to the hallway for the rooms which I could never get to unlock. Others must have had the same trouble because twice I found it ajar so you didn't have to use your room key. Another time, after trying 5 times they way I was shown and it still did not open, someone walked out, so I scooted in. The only thing I can say was that it seemed clean enough---probably because there was no carpeting anywhere.

Yes, we are considered a extended stay hotel with available nightly rates. Our website does give accurate descriptions of our amenities. I apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred.

It was a horrible hotel that reeked of body odor. Hobos were hanging out like it was a shelter. I felt very unsafe. The halls were stunk up by people cooking.

Wish the restroom had shampoo and conditioner. I also would have liked more pillows.

Everything was clean didnt like the facrt i had towait two hours to check in at 5 pm and that the house keeeping worker just walked in my room with out knocking and i was standing their fresh out the shower nakefd except a towel
