Everything and everyone was great with the exception of the employee who checked me in. She did not inform me about if my credit card was going to be charged for anything during my stay or she did not tell me about breakfast hours. I overheard another employee telling the woman she was checking in. I was not with that other woman so the employee checking me in should have explained everything to me… she needs more training!
