Omg we are on the 11th floor all I can hear all day and night is the elevator going up and down. It’s so hard to sleep. Then outside you hear all the street noises people reviving there engine, loud music, horns, I expected way better quality

The staff was very helpful getting our bags when we first arrived, we paid for valet when we booked which I highly recommend. The place was very clean, and I was very impressed with the room. The breakfast was nice and had a nice variety. Great location for what we needed because everything was walking distance. We will be back!

The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and its a stones throw from the San Antonio Riverwalk. Expedia listing said the parking would be free if we selected the $10/night extra option at checkout (on Expedia) but when we got there the Front Desk said they didnt have a record of it and the charge is $45/night for Valet parking. There is a parking garage next door that allows you to overnight for $30/night. I was able to contact support and they were able to get with the Hotel and give it to us for what we were told but the Front Desk stafd told me thats not usuL. If give more stars but the internnet was out all day Saturday and Sunday morning before we checked out. So no TV or wireless while there.
