Staff was super friendly and allowed us an early arrival by an hour or so which was great with kids needing to nap. Door keys wouldn't work, every time we left the room during our stay we returned to door keys not working so had to repeatedly go up/down elevator, wait back in line at check in, to get new keys. We chose this hotel in part to indoor pool and hot tub for the kids to be able to play in....hot tub was out of order and pool was freezing. Note that this pool is indoors but not heated so we planned on warming up in hot tub....this stunk. Fire alarm was pulled by someone in the middle of the night so everyone was freaking out. Kids were up for hours after scared. It went off quickly but damage was done. Coffee pot in the room didn't work...it's a one button pot so wasn't user error but made loud popping noises and odor of burning up. Room was fine, plenty of towels and lot of pillows otherwise.

The room was very spacious , my only complaint is the chairs in the room were stained as well as the walls & curtains. But overall the stay was great. Breakfast was good too, had good options. & coffee is 24hrs (:

Our truck was broken into while parked at the hotel. There were no cameras in the area where we were parked. Only cameras were at the entrances & exits.

The associate was not very helpful or friendly she was on her cell phone while checking me in, also the room pillow sheets were stained and so were the walls, not to mention the disgusting used soap left inside of the package!! When I opened was very unpleasant!!

The only plus is proximity to airport. While free shuttle service, we waited 45 min for shuttle after calling twice. Had noted late check in on reservation. When we arrived I had booked a suite with two queens and a full sofa bed, for 2 adults, 4 children......all they had available was a king with sofa bed. The staff was lackluster- minimal communication, finally comped a 2nd room. One room without linens for sofa bed and desk said they were out, no pillows, room with two towels for 4 people- only had hand towels available at desk..... no hand sanitizer in dispensers, rooms not super clean- dirty in corners/ Sink with toothpaste on handle, shower with mildew. The continental breakfast was sad- no breakfast available due to “out” of everything at 7 am. 3 muffins and 2 apple juice for 6 people- and a 30 minute wait on coffee. Desk worker wearing mask below chin and less than friendly- staff in general seemed put out by providing any service. Waited for Shuttle to get rental car for 45 min.... overall very disappointing....

Close to airport is good.Took 2 calls and 35 minutes for shuttle to pick us up during evening slow hours, not cool.
