Check-in process was cumbersome and annoying. I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. My assigned room was right next to the elevators! Had to lug everything back to front desk to get new room

Very nice place for the price. My only gripe was the elevator was not the best. Staff was very nice and helpful. The location was wonderful. Your close to a lot of neat places and things to do

Great stay

Everything about this room was great, and the location was super close to everything we needed. Next time we come to San Antonio we’ll definitely be staying here again
