all good except hotel failed to mention that there was no daily maid service I left money out for mail and when I can back that evening I discovered that beds were not made and no new towels, talked to front desk but no matter because we were checking out the next afternoon. overall good time at hotel and San Antino

They gave me the wrong type of room and when I asked for a reduction in rate, they started being rude to me. The parking is limited and unsafe. There was food left in the mini fridge from the previous guest. The front desk person refused to give her name and hung up the phone on me.

It's an old registered landmark and very interesting history. What i didn't like, was that theres only one elevator and half the time we were there it was broken and we were on the 5th floor
