We liked the location but their shuttle was never running, the rooms were outdated, the pool was dirty, staff was always cleaning in hallways yet nothing appeared clean, not very friendly at front desk, over priced for run down room

we had a good time in San Antonio, our room was not cleaned for 2days I had to call front desk 5 time in 2 days to get it cleaned, that part was disappointing

Rooms were dirty, there was rust in the showers and mold . The room had a musty smell. The bed covers and towels had stains on them. I would have requested a different room but other rooms we walked by with door opened had the same smell.

Check in was simple and there is free parking. This holiday inn is no longer than 15 mins max from all restaurants, things to do, etc. Breakfast and eating is important, so the breakfast here seemed to be a bit better than average hotels offering a wide variety. The room could have been a bit more cleaner. It smelled as if there was a water leak that soaked the floors leaving what seemed to be a wet carpet smell. The size of the rooms were less than average; especially for a king room.

The pool was nice, and the bed were comfy. On the other hand after we checked in July 3rd, 2019 we went to our room there was urine on the toilet, hair on and in the sink, refrigerator was not cleaned it had black marks on the bottom and it was sticky, curtains have what looks like red bloody marks. Pistachio shells on the floor by the balcony, and sticky ring marks from cups on the night stand. We notified the front desk to which they said they would notify house keeping and they will come and clean up but no one ever showed up. On July 4th and 5th we had to request towels at least 3 times.

It is outdated. They were doing construction work. Blood on baseboard and shower curtain, reported but not rectified. Room smelled extremely musty/moldy.
