Booked it because it offered shuttle service to the sites we wanted to visit. They had discontinued that service a few months ago as the shuttle was in the shop!!! Also a lot of road construction; hard to get there.

I purposefully chose this hotel for their shuttle service, however they discontinued the shuttle service 8-10 months ago!!! Also didn’t mention the construction around the hotel. Receptionist was terrible, absolutely terrible.

Great location to get to Market Square and other Downtown places. Friendly staff, but did not seemed concerned when I would have liked wet carpet addressed (from rain water through door that looked into pool area). AC covering fell off a few times during our stay-- not a terrible thing, but didn't look good. Nice big pool for lots of people and jacuzzi was hot (very good thing).

Had to wait until after 6pm to check in! Rooms were not Holiday Inn quality, especially for the price.
