Worst place you can stay while in San Antonio! Staff rude, hotel room was never cleaned and had to use same towels the whole time! Paid for parking and could never find parking. Had to pay for other parking and Hope my car did not get stolen or broken into! Do not bother with this place!

I was excited to stay here until I showed up. It is a beautiful hotel and clean, but it ended up being more expensive than I thought it would be. You have to pay $20 for parking (tax not included) and there is no free breakfast in the morning. You have to pay for it instead. It was way too expensive. The refrigerator in the room was leaking so I tried to call the front desk. The phone in the room always gave me a busy signal so I had to call on my cell instead. I told them the refrigerator was leaking. They said they would send someone up. We left the room to walk on the Riverwalk and when we came back, there was still water on the floor. Either they never showed up or they didn't clean the water that was all over the floor. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but with how expensive it was and how ripped off I felt, I will not stay here again. Make sure you know ahead of booking that there are extra fees and no resolution or making it better.

Not the property's fault but it was a little difficult to locate due construction on a neighboring property. A minor annoyance, easy fixed, was the food menu at the bar. The words were micro-sized and very difficult to read. Not sure I understand why? Shower was awesome and every single staff member that we interacted with was very nice and helpful.

Property was generally clean and is on the river walk...but long walk from the action. Patio and pool area are nice but pool area and seating are very small and pool water is freezing. VERY loud construction noises VERY early in morning. We walked everywhere but wouldn’t walk in this area after dark.
