Property was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn’t like that the juice machine wasn’t work at breakfast and there was limited amount of milk for people to drink and they ran out of food. Other guest where complaining about the lack of food and there was only one employee running the desk and putting out the food

This hotel wasn't the best option for my family. We came in town for my son's AirForce graduation. The hotel had a smell, my room had stains on the wall where someone had wasted something and housekeeping didn't clean it properly. There was hair under my "fresh" covers. There was only 1 washcloth and it was still damp so I'm not sure if it was clean. I was only here one night so I didn't complain. I just went and asked for more towels but, never again!

They didn’t find my reservation. They upgraded us to a suite, but had to sleep in a very uncomfortable sofa bed. I had originally requested two queen beds. The sofa and carpet had stains.

Construction Galore!!

Pros: It was clean
Cons: The way payments are made.
Location: Construction is a HUGE mess, making it extremely hard to get around.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Right now construction makes it a HUGE inconvenience getting around. The highway it is located on is completely torn up and you have to make U-turns several miles down the road just to go back the direction you just came from. Once that is complete, it will be just fine. I also wish that if the morning staff sees that a credit card is not in a reservation (that is what I was told, even though you must use a CC when booking with Travelocity), that they would call. I know there was a phone number put in my reservation when I booked as well. I was told that I had canceled my own reservation. I said there is no way because I know I didn't cancel it. I was then told the morning staff must have canceled it when they were charging cards and supposedly didn't see the CC in there. The clerk at the desk was very nice and extremely helpful. He was still able to get me a room, and get us checked in fairly quickly. There was obviously a lack of communication between the hotel and Travelocity, or the morning staff at the hotel wasn't doing their job correctly. Either way, all ended up just fine. I am making a return trip this weekend and did not book this hotel, nor did I book the one I am staying in through Travelocity.

Bad

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleaning
Room lobby and hall was dirty. Construction workers live there during the week. I wouldn't think they paid what we paid. More like an extended stay hotel than a family hotel. Would not recommend children to stay there. Men hanging out on the front steps. Horrible experience. Will not use this service again.

great save by the staff!

hotel was clean, staff was nice... almost didn't get to stay because travelocity sent the fax of the reservation to the wrong number. luckily the staff was able to find a room to accommodate for my needs after some waiting time. there were a few questionable things, but i'm sure if the reservation had been there it would've been fine.

Surprisingly nice

Let me start off saying that I read some negative reviews before booking this hotel, so I was nervous, but it turned out great. Right when I walked in I was supposed at how nice of a hotel it was for $98/day. The hotel staff was eh, they got the job done well but they weren't too happy about it, but that doesn't bother me too much. The room was fairly small, but it was very clean and super comfortable and also had a very nice wibdow seat with a view. Very odd, the room came with a noise maker (something that makes noise while you sleep ex: rainfall, thunder, birds) which I have never seen before, but I thought that was a nice touch. Over all, the hotel was very updated and clean, and in a great location. Would stay again
