Floor so dirty turned bottom of socks black after being in room 30 minutes. Roaches on floor, mold on ceiling, bath stained/rusted/cracks. Bed springs felt in mattress very poor quality. Room had mildew odor that was strong. Left facility and site was not willing to refund. Charged my card for second night after leaving. Horrible experience. First time using Travelocity and staying at a Motel 6.
