First of all, the good: The room was really big, and I don’t think I got any upgrade. Today’s hotels would have called this a suite. Clearly this is an older property but it’s been maintained adequately. It had a microwave and small fridge. The room was big, it had a small fridge and microwave. When you check in, they put a $100 temporary charge on your credit card as a “security deposit” – what kind of nonsense is this? The wall A/C is loud, don’t expect to sleep the first night. The sound from the highway comes right through the window. THERE IS ABSOLUTLY NO BREAKFAST SERVED HERE no matter what the website or the giant “Free Breakfast” sign say. Only coffee & juice. Travelocity limits the length of my review so let’s just leave it at that, not recommended!

Lampshades were missing, holes in the wall, floor had cracks in it, dirty pillows, broken bed, a/c didn’t work properly (woke up soaking wet from humidity) and can’t forget the lovely barbed wire outside our window. No elevator-but he did end us finding a room on the first floor. He was nice. That’s about it.

Staff was nice understanding. Rooms where not clean at all was moved to 2nd room air didn’t work properly didn’t complain was not the best stay I have stayed at this hotel in the past. condition of property is worsening. Was overcharged
