The manager was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated that there were several cameras monitoring the property, guest's vehicles, etc The amenities were very lacking....2 small packets of shampoo and 2 tiny bars of soap, etc. A clock and coffeepot in the room would have been nice, and is expected in a hotel room.

Linens were old and pilled. Pillows were smelly and old. Flooring was dirty.Bedding squeaked every time I moved. Kleenex smelled like chemicals. Soap was harsh. No hand towels. Breakfast — wrapped danish and apples? No where to sit in cramped “lobby”. I paid 31% over the posted room rate. Worst night I’ve experienced and I was surprised. They can do better cleaning the rooms and invest in some new pillows and linens for your business. Next visit I will drive into Redlands or apa Springs.
