The staff was nice but it took 2 hours to finally get into a room that was ok. They had to give me 3 different ones because things were wrong with the other two. Then the door key wouldn’t work in the last one and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help. The rooms were ok but they weren’t super clean and the showers all seemed to be in bad shape in all of the rooms I saw. They need more staff and need to fix up the rooms. Very dissatisfied

This was the worst taken care of hotel I’ve ever booked. I booked two rooms and both smelled like cigarettes, even though I requested non-smoking rooms. There was blood on the bathroom wall. The pillows smelled musty. It was disgusting to say the least.
