When i arrived room was trashed. Hotel was very run down compared to the photos. I DID NOT stay there. Will be contacting customer service for a refund. Staff was great

I booked 2 pet friendly non-smoking rooms for a night. I had to check in through a side window due to Covid. Signs on the window stated there was no hot breakfast but there were offering a "go to" sack breakfast instead (apple juice, granola bar and fruit snacks). The hotel did have a limit on vacancies, so thankfully I had booked online. One of rooms did not have a pleasant smell, while the other one smelt like the previous guests smoked in the room. I was so exhausted from our drive I didn't complain. We were checking out early anyway. The bed was comfortable, towels were fully stocked, cleanliness was okay and the AC unit worked fine. We have stayed at this hotel before our cruise and had no big complaints the first time. Breakfast then was decent. There must've been some kind of convention close by because there was a lot of young adults staying there. If you're looking for one or two night stay, this place isn't too bad. Several restaurants close by as well as gas stains.

Rooms is clean and comfortable, nice desk for working and location is in the middle of restaurant row.

Overall property and especially the room were much more than I thought when booking a room and trying to save money vs some of the nearby bigger name hotels. I will be back and staff could not have been more professional and courteous.
