The hotel is unique, but some things are a little too unique. Like no walls around the toilet or shower in our room.. just a crappy shutter. No privacy. It is not a bathroom. I asked for a nice view for our 10th anniversary, and we didnt get it. I did like the modern feel, and the bed was comfortable.

The elevator was broken for the weekend (not acceptable when elevator repair services are available 24/7). So I had to hike with luggage up 5 flights, down for dinner and then back up which caused my heart to go in Afib. No chance for breakfast since I could not walk up afterward. Totally unacceptable.

We apologize for the inconvenience , we had called the repair man and he immediately came out but he needed to order a part to fix our system which is why there was a delay ! We hope you give us another chance now that the elevator is in service ! Thank you for the honest feedback
