Front desk personnel was nice and friendly. When we got to our room we noticed a weird odor, we blamed it on the age of the room and the fact that it was a extended stay with a stove in the room. Later during my shower I noticed that there was water damage on the ceiling and wall and what looked to be mold on the ceiling

On our last hour of our stay, we saw a cockroach roaming inside the fridge. When you see 1cockroach around in an area, there might be hundreds lurking in the dark as well.

It seems like it wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom sink and tub were still dirty and all of the pillow cases were stained.

I don't often write reviews but this place really needs some feedback. No issues with the staff at the front desk, they were helpful and friendly. The units here pretty worn. Our room had sticky floors, the pull out sofa bed was visibly stained and very well worn. Bathroom fixtures were worn to the point that we were not able to adjust for a hot shower, mildew on shower caulking, missing a hair dryer and had to ask at front desk. Just felt a bit yucky the whole time I was there, glad it was just one night. No extra blankets and not convinced the extra pillow in the closet had been cleaned. Overall an underwhelming experience. The low price relative to hotels in the area was only positive but it was reflected in the quality and experience. Sorry, I can't recommend this place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Very disappointed by the quality of this hotel, especially being in a high end location. We have stayed in other Extended Stays in the past, and it was no way near like this one. Rooms had a very mold/mildew, rotten odor as soon as you opened the door. Furnishings were old and rusted. Counters were cracked, tub was pealing. Just horrible!!! For the high price we paid, this hotel was definitely not worth it at ALL!!! For such a large franchise throughout the US, you would expect better, much much better! I would highly recommend a makeover or evaluation of each and every room.

Next time I'll choose another hotel

Pros: It was close to where I was working.
Cons: Clean the rooms better so they don't smell like cigarettes.
Location: Lots of office buildings around the area. Not a whole lot for food nearby.
This hotel was OK, at best. Mine and my co-worker's rooms all smelled like cigarettes, even though they were non-smoking rooms. The walls were thin and I could hear everything going on around me. I was a little disappointed with this hotel and would definitely choose another hotel next time I'm in the area.
