NEED TO ENTER THROUGH PEDESTRIAN GATE AND RETRIEVE THE GARAGE REMOTE FROM HOME FIRST

There are garage and pedestrian gates on the Mission Blvd. (Northwest) entrance and the Pacific Beach Drive (South) entrance. Hold down on the button firmly for up to 30 seconds to open the garage vehicle entrance gate. There are two buttons on the remote; one for the west gate and one for the south gate. If one button does not work, try the other one. You may need to hod the button for a few seconds. Park in spaces #33 and #34

Garage Height Limits: South garage entrance is 7’, West garage entrance is 8’ 6”.

Location was key for us so this property worked well. We arrived only to be given the incorrect gate codes to enter the property to get into the parking garage. Luckily we got in because someone else was leaving so we could obtain the key from inside the home. Shortly after this inconvenience I received a text about noise complaints when we were all unpacking….with an appropriate noise level. And again received another notice about noise during the day when we weren’t even at the property but at the zoo. White linen is key for me in rentals but the beds were super creaky and felt like bumpy cots. Everytime I put my toddler down for a nap he woke up when I got out of the bed. Frustrating. AC worked well. The location was perfect and a block or two from the beach and food. However due to the inconvenience of all the codes to access the property and get in I would most likely not recommend staying here again because arriving with two kids after a long drive. The last thing I needed was to be given wrong codes and struggle to get in.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed M-F and it was very quiet. It is a good size to accommodate family time but also has space enough to be able to spread out and have alone time. It was really great to have three bathrooms and having two parking spaces is amazing!! Perfect location, so close to the beach and bay!

Property was not on Beach as advertised. Home charged a ridiculous cleaning fee and the house was very dirty. Walls , base boards curtains, wall plates and all touchable services were filthy. Noise all day and night and walls were so thin the neighbors were very loud and Rude. Their kids kept ringing our door bell and running. When we confronted them they denied their kids doing this ( after we had already caught them) and then they called the mgmt company who sent me a Text telling me that I needed to be quiet and respect neighbors. We were all over 60 years old and very quiet. Worst place I ever stayed. Kitchen not well supplied either. Company said they would refund cleaning fee and never did.

Overall we had a very nice experience at this condo. It is right in the heart of all the action and just a short walk from the beach. The only comment I would make about the condo itself was that the carpets could use a good cleaning and the ceiling fans could use a good dusting. There were some dust bunnies on the walls of the master bedroom. But overall it was very clean. The view outside of the family room window is less than stellar. It’s basically a dumpy house where a guy is trying to do some renovations. If you don’t care about the view and are always sleeping there than it’s perfect. Lots of space for everyone.

I loved all the space in the rooms and bathrooms were lovely. Great place to stay for large or multiple families!! Highly recommend!!! I will always try and stay here when we travel this way! I I recommend staying during the week if you are here for the beach and have a young family. Beautiful!!!! Communication with property manager was very good.

This was one of the best short-term rental experiences I've ever had. The property manager was responsive but not intrusive. The condo was well-stocked. The location was FANTASTIC!!!!!! The place was clean, comfortable, and as described. We would definitely welcome the chance to stay there again!

Don’t always believe what you see.
Perfect floor plan , wash &dryer, over priced for what I thought For what we paid. Gated garage , location was good. How ever photos on internet misleading. College beach community so a bit noisy , bar across street loud . Don’t tell you that that. Home noise pretty much ends at 10 pm. Black mold in master bath shower, cleanliness and paint wall and molding dirty , hand railing sticky . paint condition, furniture stained and , tired. Oven was not clean , under bed not clean , urine smell in twin bedroom , and noisy mattress. Seating a little sparse. Considering unit sleeps 8, we were 6 and then guest.
