These rooms are amazingly clean and quiet! Called for more towels and they showed up the next minute. If I were with my family I would very safe with them here.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Our room was a good size. Our bathroom light was out. Called front desk and in less the 5 minutes some had come up and fixed it. Great service.

This property was very clean and the room we stayed in was very organized. We liked that they included breakfast and were able to bring us extra towels when needed. We did not lile that the pool was very small and that the futon (couch bed) was very small and uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good hot breakfast, complimentary beer and wine for guests ( happens every other Wednesday), grills to use, fitness center and other great amenities.Overall a great time there, my kids had a good time in the pools.

Don't stay here if you can avoid it!
Pros:Proximity to Sea World and the Zoo.
Cons:Hotel staff including manager. Update the rooms. There was no oven in our room as advertised.
Have more FRESH fruit selections.

We had such a poor experience with this hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. There is no oven as advertised. The bathtub had some something on the bottom that you can't scrub out, but it makes it look filthy. The first night we wanted to go swimming, we didn't see any towels at the pool so we asked for extra towels to be brought up. Well they brought the towels. The guy thrust the towels at me, I said thank you, he wouldn't even look at me. I said thank you again, he just put his hands in his pockets and walked away shaking his head in a disgusted type of way. I was left shocked! What was that all about? Did I miss something? That alone made it difficult to sleep. The buffet breakfast is mediocre at best. We woke up early with the purpose of getting the food hot and beat the lines. Well the food was not all hot and the selection sucked. The juice machine would be out of juice, the only fresh fruit options are apples and bananas. They had some nasty looking canned pineapple bits. The only good thing is they have a waffle station. We came at the tail end of on of there light dinners and the staff were starting to take the food away and wouldn't let us get any, even though it was sitting there! Our internet wasn't working and they sent up a technician, by the time he got there it was working. My husband told him that, but he kept his foot in the door looking around in the room. We complained to manager who could care less.

Great stay with the family
We stayed here for three nights when we had our place tented for termites. The staff was wonderful and the location is great. We turned it into a mini vacation and spent days at the zoo and SeaWorld. Discounted tickets were available on iPads in the lobby which saved us time and money getting into the theme parks. Night time in the lounge area was great with the free beer and wine and we even made it to the pool e few times. The experience here was very enjoyable and we would recommend this property to anyone coming to San Diego.

This is our first choice hotel to stay in San Diego when we visit.
Pros:Free breakfast, relatively close to popular attractions
This hotel is well-kept and accessible to many San Diego
attractions. It is close enough to both the airport and the
highway to make it relatively easy to go anywhere in the
area. We like the weeknight light meals that are served
as well as the fact that the breakfast entrees change
from day to day, which is especially nice for a multi-night
stay. One downside has been that when the hotel is
full, there can be shortages of some of the food items
at breakfast and dinner because they run out. Also,
accessibility wise the parking lot spaces are very tight
for a regular size vehicle. There are only a small
number of washers and dryers, so there can be a
wait to do laundry. Overall, it still is a very
desirable and comfortable place to stay.

girls week out
stayed 9,21 to 9/25/2009 I could not stayed at a nicer place, we were treated like queens. From check-in to check-out the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The meals were great and helping us with things to do were wonderful. I will sure stay there again whenever I go to San Diego!!!!!
