This place is rundown and feels unsafe. Paint is completely chipped and peeling, beginning in the lobby and continuing into the rooms. Furniture is chipped. And the room was not cheap. And on a Sunday night, no less.

I did like the environment very pleasant also very clean place, but I dislike the fact that people at front desk very unfriendly it will help the business if they were more friendly

Room was clean and quiet. Coffee pot, mini fridg, microwave, shower nice. Bed comfortable. Nice hot water in shower. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Wi-Fi was “down” and unavailable. Travel business work station computer in lobby had no keyboard and Wi-Fi unknown. I didn’t NEED it, so I was able to manage just fine with data. FYI, the gallon of milk available from 7:30-9:30 for the (very) continental breakfast was the same one that sat out all 3 days I was there. I didn’t test it after day 1.

Hotel was clean easy to access of the freeway. Front desk personnel were friendly at check-in and check-out. Hair dryer was broken so I told them so they could repair it..they were thankful. No breakfast was available but I knew that ahead of time.

Dead bugs smashed on walls. Dead roach on floor. Never received my deposit back and no return email or call on why. Pictures on Travelocity are deceiving. Not very clean smells
