Generally the right value for the money. My only complaint was that the room's curtains wouldn't completely close and shut out the security lighting from the parking lot in back.

The room darkening shade in the room did not properly open/close. The printer in the business center was not working to print boarding passes. At check-out, the hotel system was having problem and could not print a receipt.
