Classic style hotel, has a European feel. Coffee access is not great, attached coffee shop not always open on the hours posted.

There is No air conditioner it was So hot in the room. Almost unbearable. There was One window with no screen . Left it open all night and it was still so hot. Smelled musty. Mold on walls and I burned my hand attempting to turn down the gas furnace ! Beds are old and springs can be felt. The streets outside were very sketchy and to get in I had to call to get the gate open with the car.. was over charged for parking. Nothing good about this place.. I felt itchy all over just because how dirty it smelled and felt in this room.

Everything is stink,room is look old fashion and not clean, shower is not working probably, pillow is smell , no air condition in the room, when you leave window open at night we smell marijuana smell go through our room, and we get head hurt. That why we dont stay next day, we book for 3 days but stay only 1 day. i will grade the place 1 star.

Worst Hotel Experience

Immediately upon arrival, the staff at the front counter barely made eye contact with me while checking me in, and quickly rushed me away from the front desk. Upon arrival to our room, the pillows were stained, curtains were completely stained, bug guts splattered on the wall, and of course the water was not turned on. I called the front desk to ask if the water would be coming back on and if I could get fresh pillows. The pillows that were delivered actually had WORSE stains than the pillows already in the room, and when the water came back on (after 45 minutes) the water was brown for at least 5 minutes as we let it run. To top it all off, the front desk attempted to charge my credit card for my room there, even though I had already made the payment through travelocity. I confronted the management about this, and they denied. The day I was leaving I recieved a fraud alert from my credit card that the hotel was in fact still trying to charge me for a night there, even though they said they were not. They then tried to have me sign papers saying I paid them, but I did not sign it since I was showing them my reservation through travelocity. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
