They gave our room to someone else and forced me and my wife to get doubles cause they ran out .. terrible experience

I arrived at 8:30 PM on 3/26/22 and there was no room available, the Manager was rude and said there was nothing he could do, he said it was not his fault. The Hotel is dirty and the parking lot is dark with a group of homeless men camping in the trees on the S. Side. The Manager cancelled my reservation and did not offer any other assistance. SAT night all the other local hotels sold out. Very poorly handled by the Hotel staff.
