Arrival and check in were both pleasing. The area is quiet,clean and close to the freeway. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist with smiles, which always mean alot to me. There’s a basketball court, fire pit and pool in the courtyard, very nice even to just take a stroll. The Room was clean, however I seen alot of hair in the shower that did not belong to me. The only real inconvenience I had was the fact I was given a room with no working ac. This mean a lot for me because I reside in the San Joaquin valley where weather right now is 100 degrees. I visit the Bay Area to get a break from the heat and enjoy the bay breeze. My bf and I spent the whole night sweating bullets and standing outside to get some cool air. When we called the front desk we were told someone would come fix it. Waited 20mins and no one came. Called again and was told by Julio we must’ve been given a room with a broken ac giving me the impression this was done knowingly. Julio advised me to follow up with Cynthia the following morning however I didn’t want any troubles so we checked out with making any complaints. I get home and Cynthia called me with an apology and options to accommodate us. Even though we were uncomfortable while sleeping I will stay at the Hyatt house again, I’ll just make sure ac works when entering my room next time.

The experience I had was horrible, We always stay at the Hyatt but after this I don't think we will return after finding out there was no pool, no housekeeping & the screen was broke & window left unlocked we did not stay & found another place asap. I am waiting for my refund, I was not informed about any problems until I checked in & a notice was on our door! Very aggravating given this was the first vacation in a year! Note I am a Hyatt member & may never use their accommodations again.

Nice room set up. No toaster for cold bagels. No pool. No ice machine . Selling hotel, ghost staff. No towels. Recommend another place

The rooms are big, clean and the staff os very nice and friendly. The only inconvenience was that the pool was out of order but it's ok because it was too cold to swim. Maybe change the pillows too

Love this hotel!! My trip to San Francisco was so much easier and less stressful with my 4 little ones in this hotel. They accommodate a suite for us where we won't disturb any guest. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The suite was very clean and ver organized. I really recommend this hotel especially for families.
