We arrived around 10PM and got to the curbside pickup spot by 10:50. Never saw a bus wirh the hotel label on it. Called the hotel just after 11 and were told bus service stopped at 11! Took a taxi for $20. The next morning we discovered that hotel bus came by but with labels for orher hotels but not the Hampton Inn.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The shuttle was a great service to the airport and free parking is a big amenity. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will stay here again on our next opportunity.

Bed linens were comfy. The price was very low for the gorgeous room I got! The staff set up a cab for me since I needed to get to airport prior to shuttle running, but I had to pay $20 for a 5 minute ride. UBER would have been cheaper!
