    Room smelled odd, bed was very low to the floor, The bathroom wearing the Hilton name was just dated and stained on the counter top and bathtub.

    Room has all dirty linens piled on the floor. Not sure what else wasnt cleaned. I have photo of linens if anyone would like to see.

    Hilton brand has sunk to a new low!

    From the moment I drove onto the property until the moment I left, I was met with frustration and disappointment over one thing or another. And the icing on the cake was the condescending attitude of the manager Mr. Keller whom I spoke with after I checked out. My reservation was for 2 nights and yet the front desk agent argued with me and said it was for 1 night. She didn't concede until I showed her my confirmation email and then proceeded to tell me that she would book me using 2 separate reservations each for one night - back to back. Made no sense to me but I was too tired to argue and she had an attitude. 2 incidental charges of course, 2 room keys for the same room. When I inserted my cc and the machine said remove card she said in a snippy voice, you removed your card too soon as if I didn't know what I was doing! And then she told me she would attach the 2 night parking fee to my bill and I could use my room key to exit the garage. Next day, had to insert my cc and pay another $20. to get out. And then get another ticket to get back in. And because I have severe PTSD from being stabbed by MS-13 I always put a DND sign on my door when traveling alone and I make sure it is still attached when I leave. I also leave the room a certain way so it feels safe to enter. When I returned, the DND sign was gone, the lights were off, room was dark, and I went into a panic. Housekeeping took the liberty of coming into my room anyway and mgr didn't care.
