Property is next door to a goodwill facility with trucks that beep backing up during working hours. There was a charge for parking. Staff was unfriendly but helpful.

Booked here for the shuttle to and from the airport but was upset that there was limited service and had to resort to other means of transportation.

We apologize for the disappointment you describe with our limited airport shuttle service, and we regret the inconvenience caused. The shuttle schedule has been modified due to the limited number of flights to/from SFO during non-peak hours. Again, we are one of only a few hotels that still provide this service. Most SFO hotels have discontinued the service. Also, unlike other hotels in the area, we have chosen to retain an expanded continental breakfast as opposed to a grab-and-go bag and provide our stay-over guests with full housekeeping services if requested. We sincerely hope that this aspect of your visit will not deter you from staying with us again. It is beside the Goodwill distribution center. Towmotors,Trucks at 6:00 am. Was our view from our widow and that was dirty to look out of. No fresh towel or Clean Linen unless your there more than 5 days and had to pay to park there.

Our guests usually love our location as it does offer many advantages as a base in this area. Should you plan another visit, we request you to give us a call ahead of time so that we can try our very best to get you a quieter room facing the backside. As you rightly point out, full-service room cleanings are offered every five nights or upon request. This is to reduce human interaction due to COVID-19 and also the industry norm with major franchises doing the same. Your comment about the parking fee is duly noted. The location and price are fine. Parking is not free and they’ll hit you with a large fee for “incidentals”. Gentleman at the Front desk needs further training in customer service and de-escalation. Also, we couldn’t purchase the drinks we wanted from their market TWICE because they wouldn’t scan and I don’t think he knew how to process manually. Wouldn’t stay here again. Custodial and cleaning crew were super friendly!

I was very impressed. I missed the first shuttle because I was late.The manager offered to call a taxi. There was coffee made,really good coffee.It was quiet,linens were great and everything was spotless.
