This was the worst Kimpton hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were old, dirty and not comfortable. Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

My goodness! This is definitely not the kind of experience we want for our guests. Please give me a call if you have a moment to discuss. Meanwhile, I can at least reassure you that smoking incidents are quite uncommon and the rooms were all fully renovated two years ago. I look forward to learning more. Thank you for your time!

6 friends went for Wanderlust and enjoyed the Kimpton tremendously...staff, rooms, beds and location were excellent. very quiet part of SF in Japantown. We loved the shabu shabu dinner in the restaurant...great experience. Check it out for a fun weekend and the cherry blossom festival was such a bonus, felt like we went on a trip to Japan...enjoy

Close to the wonderful Fillmore district and not f

Pros: Everything
Cons: Noting
Quiet friendly atmosphere. Large well furnished rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. Welcoming staff. All you would want or expect.
