I disliked that there’s no fridge or microwave. The wifi had a poor connection the entire stay, no ice in the ice machines. Room wasn’t the cleanest I wiped everything down myself with disinfectant wipes and also used my own blankets and pillows because the ones there had stains and hair.

After I checked in the clerk told me there would be a $100.00 fee to park my vehicle. So I told him to cancel my room & stayed down the block and saved myself &100.00. They don’t tell you this when you make your reservations. Very poor customer service.

you get what you pay for, it's not terrible if you have a layover and just need a place to stay, room had no hot water, we had to change rooms, and even then it wasn't too hot, bed was squeaky and all the sheets were pilling / old. you only get 1 parking spot for free, each additional car is $10. lobby smelled like tobacco.

It was a newly refurbished room and very clean. The room was small but very sufficient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, enabling a good night’s sleep. It was quiet. The shower only provided luke warm water.

The property is nothing like advertised!! The rooms felt clean but that’s about all I can say that was positive. There was only ever one person working the front desk at a time, which led to a lot of waiting around anytime we needed something. The pillows and beds were definitely old! The pillows were so flat even doubled up it was like laying on a flat bed. We had three people in the room and asked for extra pillows. They only brought us 1 even though we asked for two. They told us it was the only one they had left. The first morning we were there housekeeping came barging in the room. We had our “privacy please” sign and if it wasn’t for the chain on the door she would have been fully in the room. Spend the money and stay closer to the city if you’re there to visit and tour San Francisco.

Room did not resemble what was posted in internet. Tv was very small. Out dated furniture. No breakfast. No special accommodations for seniors.
