    I travel for work, and I rarely write reviews, but staying here was truly a gnarly experience. TL;DR: Horrible customer service. I stayed for one night, and the first thing to happen was the subpar valet service (in addition to it being extremely expensive). The front of the hotel is on the street with minimal available parking, a common occurrence. What made this inconvenient was that when I arrived, there was no clearly marked valet area or attendant out front to pick up my vehicle. I had to call the front desk to have some one from valet come out and ensure my car would not get towed. Additionally, when they Valet came out, he did not offer to help get my bags out of the car, a standard for hotels with Valet service. The next day, I called to have my car brought around from the 3rd party parking lot, and the phone in my room had no dial tone, and after trying to call the front desk anyway, would not patch through. I tried calling the front desk from my cell multiple times, and no one answered. I headed down to check out, pick up the packages I had sent to the hotel ahead of me, and to request my car. The Concierge (which also served as the valet) was not able to locate my packages, which had been marked as delivered via the tracking number. Additionally, I requested my car in person, and was waiting in the lobby for around 15 minutes waiting for it to come around. I finally got up to ask what was going on (mind you, I had been sitting in the lobby, and requested my car be

    The hotel was Very unique. It was very beautiful with the Christmas decorations.

    Pretty lobby. I don’t like that they added on $35 a day for “amenities”. Coffee/tea in the morning and wine happy hour. I don’t drink either so no benefit to me. Just a costly add on that you can’t opt out.
