Foods togo only . No opened restaurants around the hotel after 10pm. Had to use Ubereats to order foods from outside.

The room wasn't cleaned ice machine broken water still in ice container no vending machines no store close by to buy snacks or sodas no help finding parking when they were full Why charge a deposit of $150 when already paid with credit card and the charge showed up on the bank

I should have been notified that all the the amenities (Restaurant, Market, and Bar) were not open prior to my arrival. Very miss leading on the description, I would have chosen another hotel. Also, staff was rude. Told us to order Uber eats in place of the closed amenities, then never told us our order had arrived. Very disappointed.

The hotel is centrally located in SF… beautifully remodeled— although there came a point when only 1 of several elevators was functioning. No room service, food could be ordered & picked up in the lobby. Staff was courteous and helpful. I didn’t expect to pay $60 per day to park my rental car…
