Within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 and bus stop close by. Cons - small parking lot and needs remodeling.

everything was bad... parling, elevator, rooms ( too small). We asked for more towels ans we never got them and they charge me twice...

Great localization, terrible smell.

Pros: localization included parking
Cons: Smell in the room Better breakfast
Location: Walking distance from Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard Street, restaurants, Ghirardelli, city tours, bay tours, piers, etc.
We arrived at midnight and the host insisted in billing for the reservation when I had payed for it in advance. The room was clean and organized, but had a terrible smell (like baby diaper, dirty baby diaper). We spend a few minutes trying to find the source of the smell, but did not find anything. The A/C helped to mask the smell. We chose this hotel because of its location, and it was great. We wanted to be at walking distance from touristic areas and it was. The hotel included a "breakfast" which was more like a snack. I would recommend it for people who want to park their car and spend the entire day walking the amazing city of San Francisco, and will just use the hotel for bathing and sleeping.

Safe, easy walk to tourist spots

Our family of four stayed. It felt safe and it was easy to walk to Pier 39, etc.
