This charming & nearly perfect house will amaze you with it’s modern interiors. It has a small and cozy living room, a dining room, and a compact kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms equipped with the needed necessities ie Wifi ,TV & Smartlock. Private Entrance & yard with outdoor sitting. Within 5-10 min drive San Jose DT, Avaya stadium, SJSU, SAP center, Santa Clara University & SJ Airport. Santana Row, VMC and San Jose City College are at walking distance. Easy access to HWY 280, 101 & 87.

The Space :

Our recently remodeled ADU GARAGE promises a great stay! The living room and kitchen are small but the bedrooms are very roomy. Pets are allowed.

Guest Access :

Guest will have access entire unit, it has a private entrance and private fenced yard with outdoor sitting. Easy smart-lock key-less entry.

Worst Vacation Rental Experience We've Ever Had
We never received communication from the host regarding check in, so when we arrived at the property (which we had already paid for), we called the host to find out why. We were given a different number to call and were hung up on twice. Was finally able to contact the host after an hour of standing in front of the house. He arrived and said that the house was double booked. He offered us an alternate rental, which we appreciated. However, the backyard was under complete construction, and there were strange people staying in the garage, which the owner had not let us know about. Finally just left and went to a hotel, as my daughters were uncomfortable. All attempts to reach the owner since have been ignored, and I feel like a refund for at least one night of our stay would be appropriate.

Somewhat comfortable stay.
Positive: Beds comfortable. A/C worked great. Shower was very clean. Negative: 2 bath towels provided in a 3 bedroom rental, with 3 guests. Asked host for extra towel, never provided. Medicine cabinet had labeling saying "first aid kit" but no first aid items inside, completely empty. Couch in living room was extremely uncomfortable, could not spend quality time in common room with friends. Would have been nice to know rental was a converted garage.

Great for our family.
We stayed here New Year's weekend. Beds were comfortable. Small kitchen was well stocked but we didn't use it, ate out. Two small dogs were with us, no problem walking them around the neighborhood.

This is a converted garage NOT a remodeled house! The bed was the worst I've ever experienced- the hardest thing ever!!! The red spray paint to indicate where to park and which hate to use were tacky. If you upgrade the beds and state the garage conversion then it has potential

Reasonable price
The only coffee maker on the premises requires special pods. A normal drip coffee maker with appropriate filters seems reasonable to expect. The price for this place is reasonable, but the location is not ideal (at least for two women travelers) and comforts are limited: living room couch not comfy, pillows and blankets etc. Not a neighborhood I felt comfortable for taking a walk.

Far from a newly renovated house. Dirty floors, sofa, shower floor, stained bath towels, dirty cups in cabinet. I certainly wouldn't trust the "flatware". (what few pcs were available) No first aid kit as labeled in bath. Mini fridge didn't work. No ice maker. Sofa needs replacing. Cheap bedding, outdoor furniture. App needed to use TV. Hot plate looked like it would catch fire if used. AWFUL! We packed and left the next morning! I believe a refund is in order!

We had an excellent stay. Our host was super accommodating, even late at night when I was annoying about laundry. This place is super clean and cute, and very comfortable. I highly recommend!
