the gym was closed the bamboo lounge was closed, we had to drive 15 minutes to find a place to dine and drink, the whole point was to be able to do all that at the hotel, also we were not informed ahead of time about the lounge being temporarily closed, also my boyfriend used a cane and we had a upstairs room place has no elevators and all rooms are on the outside, stairs are very far apart so we had to make several trips to get our luggage upstairs

Loved the room - as usual (we've been staying here for years! ) check in was ok. We drove from Monterey, got there at 1:40 and were charged 40$ for "early check in"... no discount for early departure tho! Seemed a bit high. No ice to be found on property. Trash cans were overflowing. Staff was very nice.

I have no real complaints. Our stay was as planed. Only fall down was that the restaurant on site was not open and by readying the reviews on line was looking forward to having dinner there. One thing that was confusing was that Wyndham's web page said 24 hour shuttle to the airport. But it really was 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM, witch was not a problem for us as our flight out and back were within those hours. But feel bad for anyone flying during the day and did not know they did not have a shuttle to the airport. Still I give high marks to the motel and service.

We were there for four days and the room was never cleaned or towels changed out. We had to leave them in our room. We were able to go get clean towels from the laundry room. But could only get a few. So everyday we had to go get towels to take showers.
