Rugs were stained, furniture was scratched and chipped, room smelled, parking area was littered, and homeless people living at the end of the hotel property.

Front desk agent were very rude during check in. We arrive early and Anna at the front desk refuse to check us in she claims they were busy the night before did not call the housekeeping department to check is there any room available. I told her it was nooted on our reservation for us to check in early because we were arriving early in the morning and that we had a funeral to attend and she still told us to check back in 30 minutes and gave us business card with a number to call directly after 30 minutes. Our room didn't get cleaned the day after all towels were on the floor where we left it. Very bad service. At check out my brother didn't get a receipt they told him It'll be sent via email and up until now I have not received any receipts.

Not much to like, the property used to be some off chain hotel. It was filthy and old. There was literally three big spots of poop on the wall. We had to get the housekeeper to try and wipe it off. There was throw up in the bathroom door, absolutely disgusting. We tried so hard not to look very close so we would not be grossed out. Will NEVER be back or recommend this old and dirty hotel. Very sad and a waste of money. The only reason we continued to stay is because we booked it through Travelocity and would have lost too much money.

Nice and quiet, shades on the window was satisfactory, shower head needs to be replaced, and a big water stain on the ceiling.

At check-in there was no roomsi aovailable. Yes, When I checked in at 3:00 pm, tiihere was no rooms available. It just went downhilli froim there. Iron not working, paint chipped on door, spiders roaming around the room. Strange smell from room when first entering. If I had to do it all over again. I would have stayed here. I
