The room was not ready @4pm. We were booked for 103 and after 4 pm 603 was ready.

The room was horrible, dirty all over! I was scared to walk on the floor with my bare feet it was disgusting to say the least! Very over priced for these conditions. I paid for a bday surprise and that brought up dirty balloons they just threw in the floor for $89!!!! This was my first time to PR so I was very upset. The island was beautiful had a great time there just wished I picked a better place to stay. The staff was AMAZING every one was super nice and attentive! I just can’t believe how nasty and stinky the room was. It was loud notices coming from the walls, I slept on top of the sheets with my clothes on. I’m very upset I really want to argue for a full refund 😒

My stay was great young lady at the front desk was amazing in my check in and check out my suit was amazing nice big roomie the only thing in the room the floor needed to be mopped was a little dirty don’t recommend walking around with out slippers other then that I had no complaints I would stay here again.
