I booked superior room with clearly described and noted amenities such as dining are, dining chair and table. Superior room doesn’t have listed above amenities. Hotel management was totally uncooperative and didn’t even consider any other options such as changing the room or providing refund. I would strongly discourage to book and firmly recommend that this hotel shouldn’t even be considered for stay in San Juan.

However, in our policies section we clearly indicate our front desk agent is not 24/7 keeping in mind CDC guidelines for the safety of our staff and guests. As we also informed you prior to your arrival. We strive everyday to exceed guests. We hope hope to have another opportunity to provide the service of excellence we're known for.

The front desk person was rude and inappropriate, no WiFi, the room was very smelly, the sheets were not clean, no help with the baggage.

The hotel had a great location and we loved the outdoor deck/patio. Rooms could use a little updating but they were perfect for us since we do not spend a great deal of time in our room on vacation.

A very small boutique hotel located in the Condado with easy access to everything. The staff was amazing!
